	Are you experiencing operator errors? What operator errors have you experienced more than once?

	Have you experienced inconsistencies in your batching results? How have these inconsistencies effected production?

	How long does it take for your R&D department to develop new products? How long does it take for them to determine what effect a change in formula would have? Would shortening the R&D process benefit your business?

	How difficult is it to modify your manufacturing process in response to changing consumer trends and dietary concerns? Do you plan to service these markets in the future?

	If you could accurately predict the shelf life of a product from its formula prior to making a test batch, would this benefit your business?

	Have you taken steps to ensure compliance with Title III of the Bioterrorism Act? If so, how do you know you're compliant? Would you be interested in taking a compliancy test? How are you safeguarding yourself from human error and differences in departmental methods of lot tracking?
