Manual Lot Tracking
This new system is an inexpensive solution for recording lot numbers without the use of scales. It allows the operator to enter ingredient lot numbers for each batch produced into operator terminals. The terminals are connected to one central computer that records the ingredient lot numbers for each batch. It can be upgraded to a PRIMS - CISS (Computerized Ingredient Scaling System) at a later date, leaving your options open.
